One of my favorite sections of the manual provides helpful suggestions for navigating conversations with clients who think they want a “buyout” when in reality they would be best suited for “licensing” images. If you’re a nerd like me, though, you’ll get excited about the confidence you’ll gain knowing some of the important terms and business best practices. It’s not the most riveting read on your list this year.
